Research Interest

My research interest is mainly IoT security. Specifically, my previous research covers popular security topics including:

  1. Privacy threats and defense methodologies,
  2. formal verification of device communication protocols/procedures,
  3. data-driven anomaly detection at smart homes.

Recently I am exploring interesting IoT security topics on:

  1. Design flaw identification,
  2. firmware analysis.
